International Neurospicy Space

Neurospicy Space is a Polish community for neurodivergent people (with ADHD, ASD & other neurodevelopmental disorders or differences) who experience the world with intensity, empathy, and imagination. We explore how minds like ours work, connect, and create through research, workshops, and shared tools for everyday life.

What we do

• Community. A safe, supportive Discord server for neurodivergent polish-speaking individuals to connect and share experiences.
• Knowledge. Accessible resources on neurodiversity, creativity, and mental energy management.
• Co-creation. Workshops, masterminds, and creative collaborations that embrace difference as strength.

Our Polish platform is already live, and we’re preparing to open our international space soon.
